Rosewood is made up of sixty units.   Of these sixty units, seventeen are 2-bedroom, thirty-eight are 3-bedroom, two are 4-bedroom, and three are 2-bedroom barrier-free (all on one floor) units. Each unit is supplied with a fridge and stove, mid-efficiency gas hot water tank (rented), furnace, and laundry hook-ups. One outdoor parking space is included with each unit.
