Rosewood is made up of sixty units.   Of these sixty units, seventeen are 2-bedroom, thirty-eight are 3-bedroom, two are 4-bedroom, and three are 2-bedroom barrier-free (all on one floor) units. Each unit is supplied with a fridge and stove, tankless gas hot water tank (rental charge paid by member), furnace, and laundry hook-ups.   One outdoor parking space is included with each unit.

 All members pay a Maintenance Deposit of $800. For those with pets, a Pet Deposit of $100 per pet is applicable. (The co-op only permits small dogs). A payment plan for the deposits can be arranged for low-income members.  These deposits are refundable at move-out if there is no damage to the townhouse or outstanding housing charges.

Each member of the Co-op is expected to participate in some aspect of the Co-op's operation.  This includes attending general membership meetings, being involved in committees, and taking on tasks around the Co-op.  The Co-op has a high level of community involvement.
