You've decided you'd like to live at Rosewood Co-op.  Now what?

To apply for market rent, please print and complete an application and questionnaire.  Applications are also available at the Co-op office.  Completed applications can be submitted to the Co-op.  Rosewood Co-op processes market rent applications directly. 

To apply for subsidy (geared-to-income housing), an application is available from the Central Housing Registry, located at 2470 Dougall Ave, Unit #6 in Windsor.  Central Housing Registry can be reached by telephone at (519) 254-6994.  Subsidy applications are also available at the Co-op office, however, completed applications must go through Central Housing Registry, where applicants will be put on a waiting list.  Rosewood Co-op does not process subsidy applications.
