Our spacious, two-story townhouses are newly renovated and include: fridge, stove, full basement, gas heating and laundry hook-ups. Each unit has an individual patio and privacy fence. Small dogs and cats are allowed. Utilities are paid by the member. No lease; sixty days notice is required for move-out.

Three and four bedroom units have a 1/2 bath on the main floor.

The Co-op boasts playgrounds, basketball court, a members' party room, social events, landscaping and laundry facilities, and is member-controlled.
